Line Dance

Line dancing involves people dancing in lines to music. The dances are choreographed with a repeating series of steps that are performed in unison. Dancers all face the same direction, although there may be multiple lines.

Inside Flow Yoga

Inside Flow is a subcategory of Inside Yoga – a vinyasa class on beat. But it’s so much more than that. In Inside Flow, you are singing a song with your body. Some people relax with punk rock and some with classical music.
